Wooden Toys
The winters in the woods of central Maine are long and cold. Once the snow starts to fly the garage shop becomes too cold to continue building rustic outdoor furniture. Being asked to recreate a piece of doll furniture, opened the door to a whole new challenge. From doll furniture to vintage-style wooden trucks, it is good to have projects to work on in the comfort of a heated shop.
These trucks and other vehicles are made from native white hemlock harvested locally near our Abbot Maine shop. All trucks are sold unfinished ready for paint or stain.
All items of doll furniture are scaled for use with American Girl Doll. All items are unfinished ready for purchasers to decorate to their own taste. Dimensions are approximate since each is handmade, and sizes can vary.
